The Seattle Federal Executive Board Alternative Dispute Resolution Program provides government agencies in
Washington and the Pacific Northwest with no-cost mediations and facilitations through a cadre of trained mediators from many Federal and Public Sector agencies in the State of Washington, the City of Seattle, and King County.

Note: To meet social distancing guidance, mediation sessions are available via video conferencing and teleconference so we can continue to provide this valuable service while navigating the current public health issues.

Got Conflict?
• Are you or your colleagues, or those in leadership roles, going through conflict or having tough communication
issues?
• Have you seen a rise in Grievances or Equal Employment Opportunity claims?
• Is there a group in your organization that could benefit from a neutral facilitator helping the group talk or improve
communication?
• Has the quality of work being accomplished changed, the amount of sick leave being used increase, or the mood of
the office soured?
All of these conditions can be eased by providing early mediation services.
Resolving workplace issues soon after they appear reduces costs, allows for increased understanding, and provides
opportunity for everyone to move forward and return to more production work environment.
